The Fast & Furious star was not in person, but Vin Diesel made an impact during the Xbox and Bethesda Game Showcase as part of a new Ark 2 trailer. The sequel to the smash survival game shows the her collaboration with Vin on her first debut, but the star looks even more at home riding on top of a T-Rex while adorned with a caveman suit.

Ark 2 wants to repeat many of the elements of the survival game that ravaged the industry when the original led the genre. The story takes place after the events of Genesis: Part 2, one of several paid DLC for the original game. Vin’s character is a clone of the original game’s character, and everyone will learn more about him when he appears in the upcoming Ark animated series later this year.
As for the game itself, this trailer confirmed a delay to 2023 for the masses, but the media crossover should tie fans up by then. Unlike many of the current trailers, Ark 2 was a cinematic look at the game, so any updates and additions are still just rumors.

The launch of the game on Xbox Game Pass is confirmed, as well as the exclusivity of the console in the X | S Series. PlayStation owners will have to play on the PC or wait a while to get the dino.
