Afternoon commuters faced long delays on the eastbound 401 at Homer Watson on Thursday.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, an SUV pulling a caravan lost control and overturned.
A family of five was in the SUV. A woman was taken to hospital.
The crash also involved a delivery truck. The driver was not injured.
All lanes have been reopened.
