Former X Factor singer Tom Mann has paid tribute to his fiancée after sharing the news that she tragically died on the morning of her wedding day.
Mann appeared in the eleventh series of The X Factor in 2014, finishing in fifth place as part of the boys’ band Stereo Kicks, a group formed in the program, before working as a composer for artists such as Lewis Capaldi, Rita Now Tom Grennan. .
He and his fiancée Danielle Hampson, the mother of his eight-month-old son Bowie, were due to get married on Saturday.
Writing on Instagram, Mann said: “I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but my dear Dani – my best friend, my all and all, the love of my life – died early in the morning. of Saturday, June 18th.
“What was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives ended in irreversible lovelessness. I feel like an ocean would have cried. We never got to the alter; we couldn’t say our vows, or dance our first dance, but I know you know that you were my whole world and the best thing that ever happened to me, Danielle, I will wear this ring that I was supposed to always wear as a sign of my unconditional love for you.
“I’m completely broken trying to process this and I honestly don’t know where to go from here, but I know I need to use all the strength I can muster for our little boy. I won’t be a mark on the parents who already have “You’ve converted, but I promise I’ll do my best to raise Bowie the way we’ve always wanted to. I promise you’ll know how amazing his mother was. I promise to make you so proud.”
Mann described his promise, working as a public relations executive, as “the most beautiful person inside and out” and “the most amazing soul.”
He continued: “We have lost such a special person and I am sure we are about to see an abundant outpouring of love that reflects this. I will try to find peace in your messages and comments, but right now I’m sorry and I will. very, very long.
“My dear Dani, the brightest light in any room, my world is nothing but darkness without you. I will miss you forever.”
Mann did not say how Mrs. Hampson died.
Stars such as Emma Bunton, Nadine Coyle and Capaldi were among those who paid tribute and sent their love to Mann after its release.
