A Sydney police officer will appear in court today on various charges after allegedly sexually harassing and assaulting two 26-year-old women.
Officer Joshua Wootton, 31, was arrested Tuesday after a police investigation into a series of alleged crimes related to harassment, sexual assault and domestic violence.

He was charged with two counts of sex without consent, three counts of harassment with intent to cause fear, assault that caused actual bodily harm, access to data stored on a computer, misconduct by the public office, and malicious harm to property.
The officer has been removed from police duties and will appear in local Downing Center court on Wednesday morning.
