Zirilli briefly appeared in Sydney Central Local Court on Wednesday on a charge of dealing with the proceeds of crime.
Zirilli is a relative of Saverio Zirilli, who is imprisoned in Victoria for a record of ecstasy for which he pleaded guilty.
He was represented by secret police informant Nicola Gobbo, and has initiated an appeal against his convictions.
Also arrested was Lone Wolf National Motorcycle Gang Sergeant Elias Elchaar, who faces a charge of dealing with the proceeds of crime after leaving several charges.
Two men from eastern Sydney were also arrested: Brian Blackman of Maroubra and Jarrod Gallagher of Randwick.
Blackman faces a conspiracy charge to import a commercial amount of drugs and is on bail after racking up $ 2.3 million and handing over his Australian and Maltese passports.
His bail conditions prevent him from relating to any member of the Lone Wolf gang or having more than one mobile phone, but they allow him to exercise within a radius of 250 meters up to 2 and a half hours a day and visit the his mother every Wednesday.
Gallagher faces a number of charges, such as conspiring to import a commercial quantity of cocaine, trafficking a commercial quantity of a controlled drug and dealing with the proceeds of crime.
