On Monday evening, Catherine opened her Instagram stories to a question and answer session, with a follower asking about the baby’s weight loss.
Catherine insisted: “I think the best way to look at it, for me, is no longer to lose weight, but to get strong again, to be healthy, to be on the planet as long as possible.
“And weight loss tends to be a byproduct of what a big advantage is.”
When asked directly how she lost her baby’s weight “so fast,” the soap star insisted, “I haven’t done it! There’s still a long way to go! But focusing on regaining my strength! ‘

Last month, Catherine shared her daughter’s name after giving birth to a baby girl and said Hello! Magazine that she and her husband Tom Pitfield have christened their second child Iris Ella.
