A man was held at gunpoint during a carjacking last night (August 5) in Brampton.
Peel Regional Police received a call around 9:45 pm after a man had his vehicle stolen from the Heart Lake Town Center parking lot near Sandalwood Pkwy. East and Kennedy Rd. north
Heart Lake Town Center Square.
The victim told police that two black males wearing dark clothing pointed a gun at him and proceeded to steal his vehicle. The victim was not physically harmed during the incident.
The stolen car is described as a blue Honda Civic-Touring, license plate CKSL569.
There are no other suspect descriptors available at this time.
Police are asking area drivers with dash cams to review their footage on August 5th from 9:00pm to 10:00pm and to report any suspicious activity to detectives at 905-453-3311.
