Iran will launch a rocket launch amid reopening negotiations on the nation’s nuclear program, Iranian state media announced on Sunday.

Iran has conducted numerous rocket launch tests in recent years, some of which ended in failure. The Iranian regime has become increasingly aggressive as the start of new nuclear talks approaches, with some of the country’s naval ships challenging a pair of American ships last week.

Iran is ready too to increase its uranium enrichment capabilities, according to a report by the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Experts say the development is a warning sign to the United States that Iran is seeking concessions in upcoming indirect negotiations.
