Jesse Watters claimed that the DUI case of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, has been “buried by the public” in the inaugural “Jesse Watters Primetime” monologue.

JESSE WATTERS: The case has practically been buried by the public. No police photo of Poppa Paulie has been posted. All attempts have been stopped by California officials. Believe us, “Primetime” has been doing its best to get it out. We basically called every Napa county office as we were told. And we just got away with it all. We learned that today too Paul Pelosi deployed an expensive public relations agency. In fact, they have returned it to us, but they say they know nothing about it. We were told that maybe there was not even any information photo. Shouldn’t they know?

Paul is due to appear in court on August 3, but the prosecutor has not yet decided whether to file charges. Will she do it? Even Mothers Against Drunk Driving has yet to make a statement about Pelosi’s reckless behavior. We’ve made several attempts to contact them in the last 48 hours and they haven’t even responded. It’s a little weird. There seems to be a serious effort to sweep Pelosi’s arrest under the rug, opening the lane for this prosecutor to give him an easy pass thanks to his liberal privileges. We believe that this should not happen. And judging by your texts, you seem to agree. Therefore, we have taken matters into our own hands and submitted a request for Freedom of Information for the police images and photographs to be published publicly.
