Kevin Federline has been spotted for the first time since a video leaked of ex-wife Britney Spears allegedly arguing with their children.
The paparazzi caught the former backup dancer, 44, who shares Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, with the pop icon, 40, driving their black Mercedes around Los Angeles on Thursday .
The remark came hours after Spears’ attorney Mathew Rosengart blasted Federline for “raping” his superstar client in an exclusive statement to Page Six.
“Britney Spears is a brilliantly talented and extremely hard-working icon who is loved and respected by millions around the world,” said the former federal prosecutor.
“The same, unfortunately, cannot be said for Mr. Federline, who for inexplicable reasons, decided to do a free interview that has hurt the mother of his children.”
Rosengart noted that the “Lucky” singer has “faithfully accompanied” her children and “loves them very much.”
“Whether he realizes it or not, Mr. Federline has not only violated the privacy and dignity of the mother of his children, he has undermined his own children, whose privacy he should be protecting,” added the high-powered lawyer, who helped free. Spears from her 13-year guardianship in November 2021.

On Wednesday night, Federline tried to disparage Spears’ character by posting videos of private moments with her boys when they were 12 and 11 years old.
“I can’t sit back and let my kids be accused like this after what they’ve been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to release these videos,” she captioned the three clips.
“This isn’t even the worst. The lies have to stop. I hope our children grow up to be better than this.”

A source from Spears’ camp exclusively told Page Six in response to the posts at the time: “Kevin is disgusting. He’s arming the kids by releasing the videos. But in these clips, Britney is just a mom.”
In the clips, Spears can be heard scolding her children for not wearing lotion or taking their shoes outside. In one instance, he demanded respect from Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Rosengart claimed to Page Six that Federline may have broken the law by posting videos in which Spears did not know she was being recorded since California is a two-party consent state.

“In addition to degrading himself and violating the norms of society, he has now also created several legal issues for himself, including but not limited to the cyberstalking and cyberbullying statutes,” explained the Los Angeles lawyer. .
Federline’s attorney did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Rosengart’s statement. However, the “Popozão” rapper seems to regret sharing the videos as they have since been removed from his Instagram page.
Spears recently opened up about how challenging being a parent with Federline has been after she shared in a preview for an ITV interview that Sean Preston and Jayden James have decided to “not see” their mother for “a few months.”
The Grammy winner called the claims “hurtful” on Instagram. She later added that her children would act “hateful” towards her during visits.

Spears and Federline were married from 2004 to 2007. The father of six also shares Kori, 20, and Kaleb, 18, with ex Shar Jackson, and Jordan, 10, and Peyton, 8, with current wife Victoria Prince.
Spears married Sam Asghari in June after nearly six years together. Before Federline, she was married to childhood friend Jason Alexander for just 55 hours in 2004.
