The first cruise to arrive in Sant Joan in a couple of years will anchor the weekend.
The Ocean Endeavor, with about 200 passengers, is scheduled to arrive on Sunday.
Councilwoman Debbie Hanlon, the city’s representative for the cruise industry, says 30 ships from 15 cruise lines are expected to arrive by October.
All passengers and crew visiting St. John’s must be completely vaccinated. They must also show proof of a negative COVID-19 test done within 24 to 72 hours after embarking on a cruise.
Limited parking will be available on the harbor façade during cruise tours.
