Several people who called Castanet’s newsroom say they observed a blue-style sports-style motorcycle shot down and what appeared to be a body covered by a tarp.

As traffic continues to run down a lane, more emergency vehicles have just arrived and a closure is possible.

Northbound traffic is increasing significantly.

Castanet has a journalist on the way and will update.
