Oura, the Finnish health start-up that has been in the news for its Oura Ring, has teamed up with Italian fashion house Gucci to create the Gucci x Oura Ring.
It combines Oura’s sleek design with Gucci’s classic interlaced “G” monogram and 18-karat yellow gold braided torch pattern.
Here’s everything we know about the Gucci x Oura ring
The Gucci x Oura ring is made of titanium with a black physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating. It weighs only four grams and is 0.3 inches thick.
The ring, which comes in a Gucci-inspired packaging, is water resistant up to 100 meters and is equipped with a rechargeable battery that has a half-life of four to seven days. A charger is also provided along with the ring.
Those who want to buy the ring should consult the size guide on the official Gucci website or in stores, as it differs from the general size information of Oura.
Ring characteristics
The beautiful ring, which combines luxury with healthcare, is equipped with the latest Oura Gen3 technology and has the same features as the Oura Gen3 rings.
It has seven temperature sensors and three LED sensors. Users can control their sleep, activity, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature and movement. Features also include personal knowledge, guided and unguided audio sessions from a selected library, and period prediction.
All information is available in the Oura app available on iOS and Google Play stores.

The Gucci x Oura ring includes a lifetime subscription, which is available at the time the ring is associated with the Oura app. The subscription will be valid as long as the user maintains the same active account. The ring comes with warranty.
Oura says owners of the company’s Gen2 or Gen3 ring can’t change their wearable for the Gucci x Oura ring. But data from the Gen2 or Gen3 Oura ring can be saved before using the Gucci x Oura ring.
The ring is only available at select Gucci retail stores and gucci.com for $ 950.
