A Victoria Police spokesman said an unknown man entered White Hills Primary School in Bendigo at around 7pm on July 13.
“The man jumped a fence into the school’s chicken coop, killed several chickens and then fled the scene and took some of the chickens with him,” the spokesman said.
The spokesman said the man was believed to be of small build and was wearing a white hooded shirt.
The Department of Education and White Hills Primary School have been contacted for comment.
