As part of the WWDC 2022 event, Apple has released another edition of the Swift Student Challenge so that young developers can be rewarded for their projects created with Apple’s Swift Playgrounds 4. After being notified last week, the winning students are now receiving the AirPods Pro. and WWDC 2022 outerwear as a gift.
As some developers have shared on Twitter, they have just received their awards to win this year’s Swift Student Challenge. Those selected by the company receive a free one-year subscription to the Apple Developer Program, as well as an exclusive sweater and black cap with the WWDC brand and the yellow Apple logo.
In addition to the outerwear, the winning developers also received an exclusive WWDC 2022 themed pin pack. But more than that, for the first time, this year’s Swift Student Challenge winners also received AirPods Pro as a gift. .
Last year, the outerwear included a sweatshirt and a cap plus six fun WWDC21 pins.

Show your passion for coding by creating an amazing Swift Playgrounds app project on the theme you choose. WWDC 2022 will begin on Monday, June 6 with an inaugural conference at 10:00 PT. At the event, Apple is expected to introduce iOS 16, macOS 13 and other updates to its operating systems. See how to watch the event live.
