The first expansion of Forza Horizon 5 seems to have leaked to Steam before Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase.
As Wario 64 discovered on Twitter, a new image for the Forza Horizon 5 premium add-on package shows that the first Forza Horizon 5 DLC package will be an expansion of Hot Wheels.

Unfortunately, the leak, which comes from Steam, only includes the image above; we can’t find a description, price, or any other details about the expansion. It will probably be similar in scope to the excellent Hot Wheels DLC for Forza Horizon 3, which was loved by many in the Forza Horizon community. Here at TA, the DLC has an excellent community score of 4.41 / 5 out of 644 votes.
With this new Hot Wheels DLC, it looks like Playground is doing things a little differently this time around. Typically, the first expansion of a Forza Horizon game is based on a new location that is somewhat similar to the main game, and the second expansion is usually reserved for a crazy expansion such as Lego or Hot Wheels.
We should know more about the Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC at the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase on Sunday.
