After months of public criticism of Elon Musk against Twitter, the social media company reacted strongly on Tuesday with a lawsuit seeking to enforce the billionaire’s deal to buy it for $ 44 billion.
The lawsuit, filed in Delaware Chancery Court, is by far the most complete rebuttal of Twitter to Mr. Musk culminated in that his lawyer told the company on Friday that he intended to abandon the deal he had made with the Twitter board 74 days earlier.
